This is a contract between Dream A Dream Dachshunds and the pet owner.

Owner agrees to pay the rate of boarding in effect on the date pet is checked into Dream-A-Dream. And further agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the pet during the time said pet(s) is in the care of the kennel.

All dogs are boarded or are otherwise handled or cared for by kennel without liability on kennel’s part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, running away, injury, or harm to persons, other dogs, or property by said dog, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care have been exercised.

Owner agrees to pay kennel $65.00 per day per a pet for boarding service. Owner understands and agrees that pet(s) picked up afternoon 12:00 p.m. shall be charged for the full day. Special arrangements must be made for pick up or drop off before 7:00 a.m or after 6:00 p.m and an additional charge of $100 will be applied.

A minimum of 72 hours is required for cancellation of your reservation. If reservation is canceled or if changes need to be made with less than a 72-hour notice, then the reservation that was made must be paid in full for having held the spot.

There are no refunds for early pick-ups as this leaves Dream-A-Dream Dachshunds unable to fill the spot

All charges incurred by the owner shall be payable before drop off of pet(s).

Owner agrees photography taken of my pet can be used for Dream A Dream Advertising purposes.

Owner further agrees that pet(s) shall not leave the kennel until all charges are paid to kennel owner.

Dream-A-Dream shall have and is hereby granted, a lien on pet(s) for any and all unpaid charges resulting from boarding pet(s) at Dream-A-Dream.

If the pet(s) becomes ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires attention, Dream-A-Dream, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian, of it’s choosing, to administer medicine or give other requisite attention to the animal, and expenses thereof shall be paid by owner.

The owner states that pet(s) is free from contagious disease and is, to the owner’s knowledge, in good health. The owner also states that the above­-named dog(s) is not known by the owner to be vicious, has not been trained to attack, and does not have behavioral characteristics that would likely to cause kennel personal damage.

Dream-A-Dream office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

It is understood by Dream-A-Dream and owner that all provisions of this contract shall be binding upon both parties thereunto for this visit and for all subsequent visits.

*Dream-A-Dream will not take any responsibility for personal items left on premises.  Please do not bring or leave leashes, dog bowls, crates, collars or accessories when boarding your pet.
